Legend has it that when Jolson was in San Francisco, entertaining in makeshift stages after the 1906 earthquake, he followed the great opera star, Enrico Caruso, who had thrilled the audience. With typical bravado, he proclaimed, "Wait a minute, folks, you ain't heard nothin' yet!" Although this is only a legend, and it is clearly disputed, it is the only recorded source for this phrase. So count yourself as correct, and go on to the next question.
