The Decca Albums on CD

The commercial recordings done by Al Jolson on the Decca label in the late 1940s represent, for many, the epitome of his recording career. Released at first on 78 rpm singles, there were also versions on 45 rpm records, and, most commonly, LP albums. With many of these records existing in less than perfect condition, the IAJS's talented wizards have created digitally remastered CDs which bring new clarity and fidelity to Al Jolson's classic recordings. Many of the tracks included have never before been available on CD, so this is your chance to add them to your collection with crystal clarity. On this page you will find CDs available only from the IAJS to members of the Society, along with convenient ordering information.
